Job Title: HR Assistant (Bilingual - Spanish/English)
Location: Seguin, TX
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Position Summary
The HR Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees, assisting with onboarding, benefits enrollment, and answering general HR-related questions.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with new hire onboarding, including paperwork, orientation scheduling, and system setup
* Serve as a first point of contact for employees, responding to general HR questions in both English and Spanish
* Support benefits and enrollment processes, including open enrollment assistance and employee follow-ups
* Assist with data entry, reporting, and HR system updates
* Support HR team with general administrative duties such as filing, scheduling, and document preparation
* Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Qualifications
* Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written) required
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of administrative or HR support experience preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
